Everything you capture stays viewable, editable, shareable and exportable at all times, with no cap on how much you keep: full JSON export, per-capture share, keyword search, the timeline, extracted commitments and the Face ID vault lock are all free. The free tier also includes a monthly allowance of recorded captures and a daily allowance of recall questions and generated summaries.
Paid
Pro removes the capture, recall and summary allowances, and adds semantic search that matches by meaning rather than by exact keyword.
Mnemio Pro is US$14.99 per month, or US$119.99 per year with a 7-day free trial. Prices in other countries are set by the App Store and shown before you buy. Subscription options auto-renew unless cancelled in Apple Settings → Subscriptions.
Privacy
Mnemio has no backend and no account. Transcription runs on-device with Apple's speech recogniser pinned to on-device recognition, search embeddings are computed locally, and summaries use Apple's on-device model where the hardware supports it with a local fallback otherwise. Your data lives in a protected vault directory that is excluded from device backup. This release stores everything on your device only — there is no cloud sync and nothing is uploaded.
