Common questions
What is free? Everything you capture stays viewable, editable, shareable and exportable at all times, with no cap on how much you keep — full JSON export, per-capture share, keyword search, the timeline, extracted commitments and the Face ID vault lock are free. The free tier also includes a monthly allowance of recorded captures and a daily allowance of recall questions and generated summaries.
What does Pro add? It removes those allowances and adds semantic search, which matches by meaning rather than by exact keyword.
Does anything leave my phone? No. Mnemio has no backend and no account. Transcription, search and summarisation all run on your device.
Does Mnemio sync to iCloud or my other devices? No. This release stores everything on one device only. If you need your captures somewhere else, use the JSON export in Settings.
Recall said it had nothing about my question. That is deliberate. Mnemio answers only from your own captures and quotes the line it used. When there is no matching evidence it says so rather than producing a plausible answer.
I bought Pro on another device. Open Settings in Mnemio and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I cancel Pro? Open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Mnemio → Cancel.
How do I delete my data? Use Delete all in Settings, or delete the app from your iPhone. Everything is on-device, so it goes with the app.
